Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on most items within Florida. Oversized items such as grills, islands, and large refrigeration units ship via LTL freight at no additional charge. We do not ship to all locations at this time.

Shipping Methods

• Small Parcel (UPS/FedEx): 3–7 business days
• LTL Freight (large items): 5–14 business days, depending on your location and carrier scheduling

Processing Time

Most in-stock items ship within a few business days. Some items ship directly from the manufacturer and may have longer lead times. You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships.

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover). For large orders or full outdoor kitchen builds, contact us to discuss additional payment arrangements.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is calculated based on your shipping destination and applicable state/local tax rates. Tax will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
